Our Door-to-Door Shared-Ride Shuttle to and from Manchester International Airport is a great way to start your holiday or business trip. Used by cost-conscious business travellers, backpackers and budget travellers alike, our shuttle service represents excellent value saving you money, time and effort. We require a minimum of 3 paying passengers for this service to operate.

Check our bulletin board for the days where we have at least 3 confirmed bookings. If they don’t coincide with your departure date then simply register your flight details and wait for others to jump on-board – saving you all money!

FLYING FROM MANCHESTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Make your booking well in advance.

This will allow more people who are flying the same day the opportunity to register their interest. The more people who register their details for a particular day the greater the likelihood that you will arrive closer to your check-in time. Once a minimum of 3 people whose check-in times are reasonably close have registered for a particular day then we will contact each and offer them the service. If all accept and payment is received the shuttle will operate even if no-one else jumps on-board.

You will be assigned a pick-up time that is suitable for the airline’s required check-in time for your flight at least 2 days before your departure in the form of an e-mail. Our booking staff will then contact you the day before your departure to confirm the time that one of our spacious MPVs will arrive at your address.

Sink back into a comfortable seat and relax. Our professional driver will assist with your luggage and, through our communication system, avoid traffic problems en route allowing you to arrive at the airport relaxed and refreshed.

FLYING INTO MANCHESTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

We recommend making your booking well in advance of your arrival.

Your flight will be satellite-tracked for exact arrival time and this will ensure a prompt departure from the airport. Once you have picked up your luggage and exited the security area please call the telephone number sent to you in your booking confirmation and one of our spacious MPVs will arrive within 30 minutes to take you to your pre-arranged destination.

								Book an exclusive shuttle and if you share we'll rebate you the difference between the Exclusive Fare and the Shared-Ride Fare.

EXTRA CHARGES

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Each paying passenger is permitted two standard suitcases and one piece of carry-on luggage. The dimensions of each suitcase cannot exceed 29”h x 24”w and cannot weigh more than 21kg. Notification is required of any excess luggage and we reserve the right to refuse any excess that has not been prearranged.

Additional luggage/packages will be charged at £6.00/item each way and must be prearranged with our office.

Skis and golf clubs are carried at no additional charge but do count as a piece of luggage and do require advance notice.

Bicycles must be in approved airline carrying bags and are charged at £9.00 each way and do require advance notice.
