FLYING FROM CARDIFF AIRPORTMake your booking well in advance. Have all your flight particulars available when making your booking. This will allow us to determine the best pick-up time for your flight, based on traffic and weather conditions, your address and desired amount of time at the airport. You will be assigned a pick-up time that is suitable for the airline’s required check-in time for your flight. Our booking staff will contact you the day before your departure to confirm the time that one of our spacious MPVs will arrive at your address. Sink back into a comfortable seat and relax. Our professional driver will assist with your luggage and, through our communication system, avoid traffic problems en route allowing you to arrive at the airport relaxed and refreshed. | |||
FLYING INTO CARDIFF AIRPORTWe recommend making your booking well in advance of your arrival. Your flight will be satellite-tracked for exact arrival time and this will ensure a prompt departure from the airport. Once you have picked up your luggage and exited the security area please call the telephone number sent to you in your booking confirmation and one of our spacious MPVs will arrive within 30 minutes to take you to your pre-arranged destination. | |||

| LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE Each paying passenger is permitted two standard suitcases and one piece of carry-on luggage. The dimensions of each suitcase cannot exceed 29”h x 24”w and cannot weigh more than 21kg. Notification is required of any excess luggage and we reserve the right to refuse any excess that has not been prearranged. Additional luggage/packages will be charged at £6.00/item each way and must be prearranged with our office. Skis and golf clubs are carried at no additional charge but do count as a piece of luggage and do require advance notice. Bicycles must be in approved airline carrying bags and are charged at £9.00 each way and do require advance notice. |
